Sacred Rest Retreat

June 27th – June 30th, 2024

Hiyuumtipin Lake

The intention behind the Sacred Rest Retreat is to be held and sit in the energy of receiving. Together we will explore our lives, come into presence, and envision a healed future for our legacy and generations to come.

The Sacred Rest Retreat is a physical space and container held over the course of 3 days and 2 nights at Hiyuumtipin Lake in partnership with the After School Education Program’s Culture Camp. This container is facilitated by NWWM planning committee and facilitator, Ghylian Bell. At the Sacred Rest Retreat we will be focusing on attuning our nervous systems to a rest and digest state, process past experiences, and hold a vision for what our heart truly desires our life to be.

The Sacred Rest Retreat will have equal parts facilitation for learning and exploring the self as well as space for deep introspection. In this container you will be held, seen, and cared for with a community of women on similar paths of self exploration.

The intention behind the Sacred Rest Retreat is to be held and sit in the energy of receiving. Together we will explore our lives, come into presence, and envision a healed future for our legacy and generations to come.

In this container you will explore and learn different tools for self exploration, tapping into your heart and physical body, as well as get in touch with the spiritual aspect of this human experience from an Indigenous perspective.

This retreat is targeted toward women of the CTUIR community and other PNW Tribes and therefore will prioritize participants in this field

Approximately 15 scholarships will be available for community to attend.
